Sometimes in our lives, there are things or people that gets us down. We go through all the hurts and pains, feel less motivated, turned down, etc.. But we should always remember that there's family and friends that can lift you back on your feet. At the same time, people that you admire also can remind you that you are a great person! Sometimes a simple reply from somebody that you look up too can give you joy and hope. Also think about your great assets and talents and how you can contribute to anyone and give them joy. :D

I recently went through a down point in my life. But the Lord was there to get me back up again. It's truly wonderful how he really speaks to you. Sometimes, it can be thru a person, or television, or just by reading the bible. His messages carry out everywhere. We should also remember that any sadness or depression that we go through is a reminder that God is there for you. All we need to do is listen. Hear what he's trying to tell us. Miraculously, that wisdom and knowledge will flow through you spiritually and you'll understand.

Anyway I wanted to just share this with all of you and let you know that you are special. Whatever happens in our very lives has nothing compared to what's about to come. The unending joy and happiness, the blessings, and all the good things. I hope this blog will reach out to you at a good time. ^_^

Hehe. Just thought I'd share little inspirational tweets from Kandee and Christine. Just proof that any simple message from people you admire can also lift you up. :)

Have a great weekend guys! It's almost here! :D

Hello everyone,

In regards to the previous video on my xcreativexsoulx channel, I felt the need to open my heart humbly and share with you guys this little inspiration. Sometimes, it's best to forget about ourselves at a moment and be there for other people in need. You know, people are brought into our lives for a reason. It's never an accident that they were brought here to us. Whether they may be loving or causing you pain, the trials we go through are not just for our benefit, but also for the benefit of others. We must reach out to them with our heart and show them God's heart. I'm also speaking for the ones suffering around the world. People need our prayers and help. :) Of course, we can do the best we can. But the power of prayer never fails. When someone is near or brought to your life, offer a lending hand and support if they need it. If it's a difficult person, pray for them. Giving to other people rather than receiving can always be so fulfilling and rewarding. :) I hope this blog gives you some sort of inspiration.

Thanks for reading guys! God Bless..

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted any new videos and blogs in a while. I'm sort of going through the motions and sorting things out. I have been kind of away and disabled my personal Facebook and just been away from online. But letting you all know that I am thinking about you. I have been in this crazy ride lately. The best thing I can do is just keep praying and get myself together. I don't know how long I'll be in this emotional roller coaster but I am trying my best to be there for everyone. Letting you all know also that I have been thinking and praying for everyone! But I'm really hoping to get things back together again. Only time will tell. Thanks for always supporting for those who appreciate and love the work that I do. I produce these videos because I like to make everyone happy! But soon, I will return. Thanks again and love you all!

Sincerely,
Kits

Hehe, the story of this music video parody is from the original Nicki Minaj song/video St*pid H*e. I thought it was just funny to do a little parody with something more positive since the original was way more extreme. :) The set I built was just a blue and pink blanket that I found in one of our cabinets. Hehe.. I was able to hang them on my closet sliding door when it wasn't installed yet. Looks like everything worked out from there.

The blue make-up I used was from MAC and from the make-up pallet that I got from CROWN when I was in IMATS (International Makeup Artist Tradeshow) last year. It was truly worth it going to that event and being able to use all these make-up for my little shows. :) Of course the make-up isn't truly like Nicki Minaj's like on her video but somewhat similar if not exact. I didn't have time purchasing an actual green screen to make effects but what I had worked for now. I'm still slowly learning new things as far as editing and special effects.

The awesome young man who permitted me to use his music remake is Zryan! He used a program called FL Studio 10 to recreate this cool beat! Check out his YouTube at: http://www.youtube.com/user/MrProducerDjman

I may do another music video parody soon. ;) I'm slowly planning and gathering all props, ideas, and other things. But always gotta think of the plus rather than the negative right? I probably created this video within 2 weekends, 2 nights I believe for each weekend. Was truly a lot of work, but always fun! :D

Here are some behind the scenes photos:

Hello everyone,

I've decided to write about the Behind The Video of "Positivity Check." The purpose of the new video is to pretty much remind and see where everyone is at if they are still keeping on the positive side. :) The cameo of negativity was brought in the scene to show people that there can be more than one negative emotion that can get into your life. And at the same time, to let everyone know that it's not good to have them in their lives.

The reference for the negativity character comes from an old video of mine four years ago called "Negativity" where negative itself speaks to you and you have to try to shun them out of your mind.

Making sure that make-up is set.

Hey everyone!

I was actually going back to my older post on this blog and realized that the video hosting site, "Revver," doesn't function anymore. Looks like in February 2008, the company was sold to LiveUniverse, which is currently suspended. So with this issue, a bunch of my older videos within Revver have disappeared including some updates on this blog and some behind the scenes stuff. I may be replacing the behind the scenes stuff with the existing behind the scenes that I have uploaded on YouTube with my user ItsCreativeSoul. But, just as I have announced before, new behind the videos and extras will be posted with the video hosting site Vimeo which will also be posted on my blog on the right side panel. Below the videos have links directly to the specific blog that pertains to that video. :)

So looks like there will be a lot of adjusting on this blog. Anyway, again for those who are reading this, I thank you guys for keeping up. ;) I will try to post more interesting stuff here including all the behind the scenes and extras. Make it a great day guys!

Hello everyone,

I have finally painted the whole room. At this point I'm still in the process of hanging my shelf and organizing here and there but looks like the room is finally going to place. :) It's gonna be fun vlogging here on my new set. Hehe.. Took so long because of work and other things. You know how busy life can be especially if you're a working man.

The color I chose for my wall is "Stone Hearth" from Behr. I just really like that dark, grayish color. I find it very elegant for a simple neutral color. I may add frames of my artwork later on once funds allow me. :)

Here I am all happy with my new wall! :D

Tada! Here's the finished product! I had to use my studio lights to see the effect of the color. Turned out really well and I'm really pleased with the outcome.

Had to treat myself some vanilla ice cream after all the work! Whew.. All done!

Anyway guys, that's it for now. I will update you more later with what's going on. Perhaps record a new video already for xcreativexsoulx channel. :P We shall see. Thanks for tuning in for the interested readers! ;)

Hi everyone,

A month ago I had gone to a Zorse Ranch in San Diego called Hearts & Hands Animal Rescue. Living to it's name, there were several zebras, horses, zorses and other unique and unusual animals. What makes this experience really refreshing is you get to be close to these animals.

As soon as I arrived, this was the first thing that I saw. A pen full of zebras! I was really excited and knew I wanted to see more on the ranch.

I had the opportunity to take a picture with the zebra. Keep in mind these are wild animals. You have to be a bit distant away from them. Zebras are known to be 10x more powerful than a horse. And usually, horses are way easier to domesticate than these zebras.

I was trying to be brave petting this zebra, they really bite and pull you.

Zebras can't be around kids since they are dangerous. But this one specifically was trained to be ridden by the girl in this picture. The key is to be their friend first before you actually ride them. Not anyone can just ride zebras. It's a process of befriending the animal first.

This horse was rescued from pitbulls. There were several dogs gnawing and chewing on the horse's snout which explains why this poor horse' gums and teeth are exposed. I felt bad for the little fellah.

I also saw these cute little birds. They look quite unique. Almost like chickens but you can see they have a different body and spots. You can see these throughout the ranch.

A few pictures I took of the zebras.

I found out this day that Llamas are related to camels. You can tell by their face. I got a chance to be close to a really cute camel named Aria. She is actually featured on the video relating to this blog. Made my whole day even more exciting! :)

Anyway you can see more from this video. :) Thanks for reading and watching my little adventure guys! Be posting more updates soon!

Hello everyone,

This past weekend I had gone to Sacramento for a family trip. It was quite a spontaneous one and truly was a celebration of life. Not going much into details but it was just nice to see extended family members.

The trip was quite challenging though because it was a stormy day. We're talking heavy rains and thunder, and even winds!

As you can see in these photos, it's quite gloomy outside and in the distance you can even see rain pouring which was quite amazing!

Of course I wasn't going to pass on having a little Starbucks DOUBLE SHOT ESPRESSO during the trip. Stopped by one of the gas stations and I immediately had to get myself one. I mean a 7 hour trip truly is a long way. Hehe..

Just me during the car ride to Sacramento. Gotta manage a smile on a 7 hour trip.

Anyway, I wish I could have covered more but this trip was mainly focusing on family and other personal things. But sometimes, I like giving you guys a little extra updates on what's going on with CreativeSoul. hehe.. I hope you guys are well. And more blogs to be published real soon!
